Booking terms
Scope and approval
Current sessions are free and subject to Dion’s capacity and availability. Submitting the form creates a pending request, not a guaranteed appointment. Approval confirms acceptance; Calendar/Meet processing may take additional time. Any future paid service requires a separate agreement before payment is due.
Advice and your responsibilities
Sessions provide information for learning and reference, not a guarantee of outcomes, employment, revenue or error-free systems. Assess suitability, back up and test before applying suggestions; do not deploy changes to critical systems solely on the basis of a session. Ongoing maintenance or support requires a separate agreement.
Appropriate use and confidentiality
Provide accurate contact details and share only material you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, API keys, access codes, other people’s personal data or confidential documents. Protect your booking management link. Do not spam, harass, record sessions or publish private session content without the relevant parties’ consent.
Refusal, cancellation and availability
Dion may decline requests outside his expertise, involving unlawful content, abuse or otherwise unsuitable requests, and may end a session for misconduct. Cancellation and rescheduling follow the Booking policy. No response-time or continuous-availability commitment is made for the website, email, Google Meet or external providers.
Liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, Dion does not guarantee outcomes from using session information and does not assume liability for expected profits or indirect losses arising from your independent application of that information. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or your mandatory statutory rights.
Changes and contact
Updated terms apply to requests submitted after publication and do not automatically change separate existing agreements. Contact [email protected] to discuss concerns first. Vietnamese law applies to the extent consistent with mandatory rules applicable to you.
